Rule And Regulation
Parents are expected to co-operate in the work of the school particularly by enforcing regularity and discipline and by evincing interest in their children's progress. They must also extend the fullest encouragement to participate in co-curricular activities. They should check the school diary regularly.
Parents and Guardians are not allowed to see their children and interview the teachers during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
Parents and Guardians must not enter the hostel and classroom unless allowed by the Principal.
Guardians must deposit the school dues to the clerk concerned regularly on or before the 15th of every month.
Parents are expected to avoid criticism of the school or the teacher in the presence of their children.
Parents must realize that the parents teacher meetings are very important and they should attend the school regularly.
Maintain perfect silence.
Take off the shoes before entering lab.
Handle the keyboard softly & gently.
Shifting or moving any system is not permitted.
Avoid playing with computer peripherals & wires.
Students may borrow one book at a time for a period of up to one week from the library. Any book not required by another person may be re-issued for a further week.
Reference books, Magazines etc. are available for reference in the library only. They aren’t to be taken home.
Reading makes a full man. Students should develop a habit of reading books systematically and thoughtfully.
No talking is permitted in the library except on business with the librarian.
This also should be done in low voice.
Books, periodicals, magazines etc. should be treated with care, both in and out of the library. No writing, ink blots, torn pages, marks & lines in books are permitted.
Books are issued on the understanding that they are only to be read by students to whom they are issued and are not given to others whether of the school or to outsiders.
Any student who breaks the above rules will have to pay a fine or cost of the lost or damaged books.
All students must be neat in appearance.
Keep nails short and clean. No varnish is allowed.
Hair must be short and neatly trimmed with a slight slope. Hair must not cover the ear and the forehead.
Hair must not be tinted, dyed or styled with gel.
Fringes are not to touch the eyebrows and must be combed or tied up neatly.
Wear only red or white ribbons/hair band/hair clips.
No punky or permed hairstyles is allowed. No hair extension is allowed.
Only one pair of simple circular artificial ear studs that are not more than 0.5 cm in diameter is allowed.
Wearing coloured/fanciful contact lenses or outlandish/tinted spectacles.
Wearing sandals or flip-flops unless on medical certificate. In such cases students must produce a medical certificate or produce a letter duly endorsed by parents/guardians.
Wearing all forms of jewellery and accessories, e.g. caps, piercing studs/ear sticks (for boys), rings, chains, pendants.
Wearing cosmetics.
Every student of this school has to greet and pay due respect to his teachers & elders whether in or outside the school campus.
When a teacher enters in the class students should stand up as mark of respect.
Parents and Guardians must not enter the hostel and classroom unless allowed by the Principal.
They should keep attentive in the class and do their home assignments regularly and sincerely.
They should be polite, friendly and well behaved in and outside the school.
They should be clean in their person and neatly dressed in school uniform.
They should keep classrooms and school compound neat and clean.
They should not throw waste papers and foodstuffs anywhere else in the school premises except in the basket provided for the purpose.
They should not roam about in the corridors and the classroom during their teaching hours.
They should not write, carve or scratch on the school walls and furniture at any cost.
In the absence of the teachers, the monitor assumes the responsibility of maintaining discipline in the class and so he should be obeyed.
Punctuality must be observed strictly by all the students.
Students should never tamper with the entries made in their progress reports and diaries.
As the school does not accept responsibility for the loss of books, money, clothes etc. of the students. Each student is responsible for his own things. No valuables should be brought to school by the students.
Students must try to converse in English in the school campus.
Foul language in or outside the school will not be tolerated.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience and any kind of cheating, stealing or misbehavior injurious to the moral tone of the institution are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of the pupil.
Whatever may be the nature of the damage done to library books, furniture etc. must be made good by the student.
Students must take active part in all academic and co-curricular activities.
